Do you have a physical retail store?

Yes! It is located at 262 Main Street. Winkler, MB R6W 4A4

How does in-store pickup work?

For those living in Southern Manitoba who are interested in avoiding shipping costs simply select the STOREPICKUP shipping option at checkout. This will ensure your order is sent to our store front in Winkler, Manitoba for pickup. Orders typically take one business day to arrive at our store. Once the order is ready you will receive a phone call/email notifying you that the order is waiting for you.

IMPORTANT: To receive a phone call when your order is ready, you will need to enter your phone number during checkout!

Do you ship internationally (outside of Canada)?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

Can I return my item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Copper & Sparrow will gladly exchange or issue store credit for all unwashed, unworn, and ticketed merchandise in its original condition, within 14 days of your purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt. We do not offer refunds on any items. Final sale merchandise includes all sale items, masks, jewelry brands, food products, planners + calendars, undergarments, headwear, scarves, eyewear, live plants, consignment brands and gift card/certificates.

How do I know my size?
